Telephone Service
Analog and digital telephone lines are available for voice and data service using Cisco VoIP technology. Analog lines include a single-line handset or can be upgraded to a Polycom conferencing set. Digital lines come with a mult-line handset and are recommended for office or registration requirements.
Any of our lines can be programmed with features such as toll restriction, call rollover, call waiting and voicemail.

Digital handsets have additional features such as digital display, redial, call forward and call logs. Limited availability. Call for details and pricing.
Cable Television Service
from Comcast
Keep up with breaking news or watch that big game with your guests.
Comcast cable television programming can be ordered for any exhibit hall or meeting room. Local channels and most standard cable channels are available.
Many channels available in HD.
A cable box, HDMI cable and remote control will be issued to you when the service is installed.
Please note that television set / monitor are not included. These items can be provided by the event AV contractor or our onsite contractor, Encore Global.
