Requesting Items:
Items will be given with a first response priority (with us trying to share fairly, such as when 3 people request the same few boxes of tote bags... we'll divvy them up!).
Please follow the directions below to request items:
- Take a look at the available items from the gallery's on this website.
- You can request items and a pick up date/time on THIS SMARTSHEETS FORM or using the Smartsheet form below.
- If the items you requested are available we'll schedule a pick up time based on your preference from the form.
- The above form also has space to add any items you may be currently looking for and/or are interested in.
PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST request times at least 48 hours in advance:
- Salt Palace Convention Center Preferred Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Mountain America Expo Center Preferred Hours:
- Tuesday - Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- We will do our best to accommodate requests outside of preferred hours.
Who Can Request Materials?
- Partners who have completed the community partner information form, which can be found on the New Community Partners page.
What is available for donation?
- Use the Salt Palace (SPCC) and Expo Center (MAEC) galleries to view available donation items.
