After Stories

We want to hear from you about what you're doing with materials donated from the Salt Palace Convention Center and Mountain America Expo Center. What you share helps us tell the story of why this program is important and how it impacts our community.

There are two sections to the form:

• The first section is for you to provide information and photos about what was donated to you and how you used the materials.
• We use these stories for internal stakeholders and clients.
• The second section is for you to provide information to share the story and collaborate on social media.
• This section is not required.
