Employee Donation Program

How It Works:

  1. Events leave materials behind, which are collected and logged for donation.
  2. Items can be requested through a DIGITAL request form.
  3. Please use THIS SMARTSHEETS FORM or using the Smartsheet form below to request items.
  4. Please note that there is a mandatory 14-day waiting period following the collection of the items to allow our green team to facilitate the efficient collection and processing for our Sustainability reports.
  5. A sustainability representative will call you to let you know if/when you have been approved for requested items.
  6. You MUST coordinate with a sustainability representative to pick up APPROVED donation items.
