Employee Donation Program
How It Works:
- Events leave materials behind, which are collected and logged for donation.
- Items can be requested through a DIGITAL request form.
- Please use THIS SMARTSHEETS FORM or using the Smartsheet form below to request items.
- Please note that there is a mandatory 14-day waiting period following the collection of the items to allow our green team to facilitate the efficient collection and processing for our Sustainability reports.
- A sustainability representative will call you to let you know if/when you have been approved for requested items.
- You MUST coordinate with a sustainability representative to pick up APPROVED donation items.

Employees of:
- Salt Palace Convention Center
- Mountain America Expo Center
- Sodexo Live
- Encore Global
- Visit Salt Lake
What is available for donation?
- Use the Salt Palace (SPCC) and Expo Center (MAEC) galleries to view available donation items.
