Internet Basic: a single, shared, 5 Mbps Internet connection with one private IP address.
Internet Business: a single, shared 20 Mbps Internet connection with one private IP address.

Wireless Internet
SP Premium: WiFi network available throughout the facility. Designed for exhibitors who have just a few wireless devices.
This service can be purchased in advance on the order form, or onsite via the network's splash page.
Connect! Spot: a custom high-speed network dedicated to your exhibit booth. Designed for exhibitors with multiple wireless devices and their visiting guests. Packages available with 20, 30, and 50 Mbps..
Smart WiFi: a custom service designed for a device that cannot use the SP Premium or Connect! Spot services, such as smart TV's, streaming media devices, credit card terminals, etc.
SP Premium and Connect! Spot WiFi services are broadcast 5 GHz only. You must have a wireless adapter capable of 802.11 a/n/ac.
Wireless-AC USB adapters are available for purchase onsite from the Event Technology Services department, if needed.

Telephone & Cable TV
Telephone: Analog telephone line with a single-line handset. Direct inward dialing. Dial 9 for an outside call. Two-line, multi-line and conferencing handsets are also available.
Cable Television: TV service with local and standard cable channels. Many channels available in HD. Service includes cable box, remote control and HDMI cable, but does not include a television set.

Air, Water, & Gas
Compressed Air Connection: 100 PSI. 3/8 inch quick universal disconnect and c/o valve.
Water Fill / Empty: One time fill for a signle container (hot tub, aquarium, fountain, etc.) and a one time empty.
Cold Water Connection: Water connection with 3/4 inch standard hose bib with shut-off.
Drain Line: Gravity flow drain line. Semi=rigid PVC. Slip-fit with hose clamp connection.
Natural Gas Connection: 1/2 inch quick disconnect. Regulator not included.
These services are available in exhibit halls only. Some services are limited to select areas of the halls.

For those who need additional assistance moving throughout our facility, we offer daily rentals on electric scooters and manual wheelcahirs. Rentals can be picked-up and returned 24 hours a day at our Guest Services office. The Guest Services office is located on the lower concourse across from Exhibit Hall A.
Mobility Scooters: Our scooters have comfortable seats, baskets for small personal items and a 4-wheel base for stability and easy operation. We have models that support up to 250 lbs and up to 400 lbs.
Manual Wheelchairs: Wheelchairs are all manually operated with removable footrests and two seat sizes. Our 20" model can support up to 250 lbs and the 22" model can support up to 450 lbs.
