Voice Service

Analog telephone lines are available for voice and data services. An analog line comes with a single-line handset or you can bring your own handset, fax machine or credit card terminal. Each line can be programmed with features such as toll restriction, call rollover, call waiting and voicemail.

Digital telephone lines are available for multi-line requirements. These lines include features such as digital display, redial, call forward, conference, do not disturb and more.

Conference calls have become more important than ever during events and meetings. We can provide small speaker phones for small groups of 2-3 people and larger group conferencing stations for full-room meetings.

The Salt Palace Convention Center’s Ken Knight Board room features a fully equipped video conferencing room with two 85” monitors, voice conferencing set, dedicated computer and camera and Internet access for all guests..

We can also provide the technology required to reach out to a larger virtual audience during your event. We work with your AV company to ensure you have the necessary connections, secure access and dedicated bandwidth for virtual meeting components throughout the facility.
